Reviewed in the united states on december 25 2016 replaces an older pair of marmot ski gloves i had that were wearing out. The gloves have a good gauntlet to cover your sleeves they cinch tight without difficulty and they have a detachable runaway loop for your sleeve so they won t drop and blow away. The randonnee is light enough for touring use 9oz in the 2007 version. These are rather pricey gloves but are the warmest ski gloves i think i have ever owned in 54 years of skiing and i love having the security of the wrist strap when needing to remove them while riding the lift.

These marmot women s randonnee gloves are well thought out sturdy and durable feeling with their long cuffs cord pulls water resistant nylon outer shell and goat leather palms and tips of the fingers. It offers a great feature set decent durability and a super soft lining. The cinch strap across the back of the glove works very well. The palm material is reasonably grippy but i have seen better.

The marmot randonnee is a great single glove for a day out on the lifts. This is a comfortable and well fitting glove. Marmot s falcon grip the fingers are made slightly curved is nice as they feel natural rather than artificially holding my hands more open. These are lined with a softly fuzzy gortex which feelx like you re putting your hands into a warm cloud.

The randonnee gloves by marmot are the perfect pal for your paws when the weather gets rough. With its waterproof breathable gore tex fabrication these gloves are ideal for downhill skiing and will keep youfeeling and looking your best on the slopes. Marmot randonnee gloves these gloves kept my hands nice and warm. It is not a standout glove in any category but it also does not fail to deliver in all of our metrics.

The glove isn t coming off by mistake easily with this strap tightened.
